Manufacturing and certification
When equipment is made in the same organisation that designs and commissions the plant, there is no gap between intention and execution. Xinhai Mining controls the full production chain, from casting and machining to assembly and testing, ensuring every component matches the design specification and project timeline.
Three manufacturing bases
Xinhai Mining operates three dedicated manufacturing bases. The Advanced Materials base produces wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane liners, slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, spiral concentrators, and desorption-electrolysis systems. The heavy equipment base machines mill shells up to 7 m diameter and fabricates over 1,000 equipment models under one roof. The modular base pre-assembles process modules for fast site installation, reducing civil work.

Heavy machining capability
The heavy machining shop includes a 100 t boring mill, an 8 m gear hobber, 8/7/4 m vertical lathes, a 6x10 m floor lathe, a 4x2 m gantry mill, 50 mm plate bending, a 20,000 W laser, and welding robots, with over 40 cranes up to 200 t.

Large-part capability includes 7 m diameter ball mills, 320 m³ flotation cells, 20 m x 20 m leaching tanks and 100 m diameter thickeners.

Xinhai Mining's certifications verify quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001), and safety (ISO 45001) management, non-destructive testing (ISO 9712), welding (CSA W47.1), product compliance (CE), laboratory competence (CNAS), and qualifications in engineering design (Class B), contracting (First-Class), and blasting (Class 3).
