High-Concentration Agitation Tank
The high-concentration agitation tank conditions dense slurries after grinding, before flotation or leaching. It keeps high-solids suspensions uniform, preventing coarse or heavy particles from settling before they reach the next process step.
Technical parameters
Compared with a standard agitation tank, its impeller and baffle design reduce power consumption while maintaining full suspension. This improves reagent distribution and avoids dead zones.

Before selecting a model, define the slurry solids concentration, the particle size range and specific gravity of the ore, the target conditioning time, and any yield-stress behaviour at the operating density.
