CCJ/A Type Wet Dust Remover Assembly
The CCJ/A Type Wet Dust Remover Assembly collects airborne dust from crushing, screening and conveying operations in mineral processing plants. It uses water to capture particles through inertial impact and scrubbing, then discharges clean air. The unit installs downstream of dust sources and upstream of the exhaust stack.
Technical parameters
Suited to sticky or abrasive dusts that blind fabric filters, it reduces maintenance in wet environments. Xinhai supplies it with matched blowers and pumps for simpler integration.
The parameter table covers the CCJ/A series, from smaller units for isolated sources to large assemblies for centralised systems. Key variables include equipment resistance, purification efficiency and ventilator type. What decides the selection
Define the total airflow required and the dust loading of each airstream to be extracted. Confirm the dust characteristics: particle size distribution, moisture content and whether the material is sticky or abrasive. Specify the available water quality and disposal route for the slurry. Determine the layout constraints that dictate duct positions and the space available for the assembly, including the ventilator footprint.
