Water-Jacket Centrifugal Concentrator
The water-jacket centrifugal concentrator applies centrifugal force and fluidised water injection to separate minerals by density. It produces a richer concentrate than conventional gravity devices and handles fine particles that would be lost on a shaking table or jig.
Technical parameters
Typically it sits after classification, upstream of final concentrate leaching or cleaning. The unit is often paired with a ball mill discharge screen or hydrocyclone to manage feed size and slurry density.

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before fixing a model, define the feed particle size distribution, per cent solids by weight, target mass pull, and available water pressure and flow. Run batch tests on a representative sample if possible, because centrifugal concentrator performance is sensitive to liberation size and slimes content. Confirm the concentrate cleaning requirement matches site cleaning infrastructure.
