Auto Centering Vibrating Screen
The auto centering vibrating screen classifies ore using a circular motion. Its design automatically centres the screen box, reducing vibration to the support structure and installation cost. It accepts dry or wet feed and can handle scalping or check screening duties.
Technical parameters
In comminution it follows a crusher as a check screen, returning oversize for re-crushing. Undersize proceeds to grinding or beneficiation. Single-deck and double-deck models are available.
The table covers single-deck and double-deck models, identified by model codes such as SZZ0918 or 2SZZ0918. Screen surface area, motor power, and weight increase with model size. Buyers select primarily by feed particle size and the processing capacity required for their circuit.

What decides the selection
Before selecting a model, define the maximum particle size of the feed, the required cut point, and the desired throughput. Moisture content and material stickiness affect screen panel selection and performance. Also specify whether the screen will operate in open or closed circuit and confirm deck configuration.
