Belt Sludge Integrated Filter Press
The Xinhai Belt Sludge Integrated Filter Press dewaters thickened sludge through flocculation, gravity drainage, and progressive pressing between two belts. The resulting cake is discharged continuously and is ready for transport or stacking.
Technical parameters
In the flowsheet, it follows a thickener or sludge holding tank. Flocculant is mixed inline before the conditioned slurry feeds onto the belt. Free water drains in the gravity zone; then pressure rollers squeeze additional moisture. Clean filtrate returns to the process water loop.
The table lists six models from DY750 to DY2000. Belt width, tension, speed, and power rise with model size, allowing selection for different sludge throughputs. Larger machines accept wider belts and higher drives, suiting higher-volume dewatering circuits. Actual capacity depends on slurry characteristics.

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before selecting a model, define the sludge volume, solids content, and required cake moisture for your specific material. Bench-scale filtration tests with representative slurry are essential, as dewatering response varies by ore. The flocculant type and dosage, wash water pressure, and belt tension all influence performance and must be confirmed during site-specific testing.
