Gapless Gate Valve

The Xinhai gapless gate valve provides positive isolation of abrasive slurries across mineral processing circuits. It is designed without a bottom seat cavity, eliminating the dead zone where settled solids would prevent full closure or cause premature wear.

Technical parameters

Typical installations include slurry pump suction and discharge lines, hydrocyclone feed pipes, and thickener underflow isolation. The valve’s full-bore design maintains line pressure and avoids clogging, making it suitable for high-solids, fast-settling slurries.

The parameter table lists models by working pressure and dimensions. The model code, such as XWXZF 80, incorporates the nominal diameter, so match this to your pipe bore. Pressure ratings reflect the maximum continuous working pressure at ambient temperature. A higher rating suits longer pipelines or elevated pumping heads.
