Roller Crusher
The Xinhai roller crusher uses a pair of counter-rotating rolls to crush material by compression. This design achieves a narrow product size range with limited oversize and minimal fines generation.
Technical parameters
Engineers typically place the machine in secondary or tertiary duty, after a jaw or gyratory crusher has completed primary reduction. It prepares material for grinding or feeds directly into screening and classification equipment.
The parameter table lists 12 double roll crusher models. Roller diameter and length increase together across the range, allowing progressively larger feed sizes and higher throughput. Corresponding motor power and machine weight rise with capacity. Selecting the right model depends on matching feed material characteristics to the discharge opening adjustment range and production requirement.

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before selecting a roller crusher model, define the ore's moisture content, hardness, and abrasiveness. Confirm the maximum feed size from upstream equipment and the target product size for downstream processes. A complete duty specification must also state the required throughput and whether the circuit operates open or closed. Final sizing requires test work or manufacturer validation.
